The goal of PropGrid is to be the central location for real estate investors to connect, discuss, research, and share data.

Over time, the plan is for the basic discussion platform to always be free, but some sections and tools will cost additional fees.

The community is open for anyone to set up an account but in order to moderate spam, new accounts have a posting delay before a post becomes public (it could be anywhere from 48 hours to a few minutes). As a user posts more, their delay will come down until it is a 1 minute delay. Accounts in good standing will have a delay of only 1 minute.
